How Can I Help

 

FINANCIAL

We are a subsidiary of Sun Stand Still Recovery Corp. a Maryland non-profit organization.  We count on contributors like you to meet our financial needs. Contributions are tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations for 501c(3) corporations.

 

Our average participant cost per day is $34.00.  Of that participants pay $100 a week in program fees ($14.33 a day). The average cost to the tax-payer for one inmate day at the Frederick County Detention Center is $253.00

 

We spend about $200.00 a month for the books, videos and other needed teaching supplies.  Of course as we continue to grow this cost will grow proportionately.

 

We can help a deserving person in our recovery program get a car  and have it registered for right around $1,000.00.  A car represents so much for our men who in many cases have not had freedom a car represents for years.

 

We are blessed to have some people donate on a recurring basses.  While all donations are a blessing, these automatic recurring donations provide a stable base for our program.
